Aquis Joins Premier Racing Partnerships To Race In Singapore

In what is a great announcement for racing in Singapore, leading Australian-based breeding and racing operation Aquis Farm has joined force with Singapore’s leading racehorse syndication company Premier Racing Partnerships (PRP) to race Frazier, a two-year-old son of Casino Prince.

Having finished second on debut, the lightly raced juvenile (pictured as a yearling) looks a very suitable candidate for Singapore racing scene.

With 2018 clearly being a banner year so far for PRP with 18 race wins achieved by our runners highlighted by just shy of $1.3 million in earnings and the wins of Elite Excalibur in the Group 3 Chairman’s Prize and Aramco in the Group 3 Rocket Man Sprint, the team is on the up and the year ahead looks bright for the team.

Aquis Farm are also experiencing an amazing run at present highlighted by Sunlight’s win in the lucrative $2 million Magic Millions 2YO Classic and her third placing in the recent Group 1 Golden Slipper, so it seems only fitting that a partnership is formed.

Set to arrive in May, Frazier will head to the stable of leading trainer Steven Burridge where the horse will acclimatise before a campaign put together for him.

“Aquis is very excited about partnering with Premier Racing Partnerships with this very exciting 2YO Frazier,” enthused Aquis’ Head of Asian and Private Sales, Tom Inglis.

“Aquis has had winners all over the world and we are hoping that Frazier will be the first of many in Singapore."

Deciding to partner up with PRP in this venture has given the team great encouragement that the processes in place highlight that PRP are on the right path in developing key relationships not on in Singapore, but internationally.

“It’s great for PRP to align with a leading organisation who has the foresight similar to PRP in terms of partnerships growth and racing abroad,” stated Wade Burridge, PRP’s Managing Director.

“Aquis’ achievements in a relatively short-time not only in Australia, but with selecting partners globally to race with gives further credence to PRP’s racing and owner experience model, and we are extremely excited to foster this new relationship well into the future.”
