What A Rush!

Secured by Premier Racing Partnerships from Australia off the back of two jumpout performances, Autumn Rush showed an outstanding turn of foot on Friday night at Kranji to break his Singapore maiden by an impressive seven lengths.

At his three prior starts he had recorded a second and a third, and with the triple Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Glen Boss in the saddle, all went right as the son of Keano went straight to the lead from barrier four.

Untroubled in front, the four-year-old settled well within himself and rounding the final turn, Boss asked the gelding for a little more, and although drifting slightly off the inside rail, he charged away from the field with utter contempt for his rivals.

Autumn Rush was so far ahead of the nearest runner, Boss allowed him to just coast to the line to record a facile victory, noting that the winning margin could've been a lot greater than the eventual result.

The Steven Burridge-trained galloper is raced by Premier Racing and the EZ Stable who look to have a pretty handy sprinter on their hands - congratulations to the winning connections.

Autumn Rush is just another prime example of the hard work Premier Racing Partnerships put into securing tried stock from Australia that head to Singapore for the lucrative prizemoney on offer.
